2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to keep Radial Notion running and to improve it.

• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and session duration — collected automatically by Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• Account data (optional): If you create a free account to save your streak, we store a username and email address.
• Contact data: If you email us, we store your email address and message content to respond to you.
• Consent preference: A small record of whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, stored locally on your device.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

4. How we use your data

• To deliver and improve the Radial Notion service.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain site security and prevent abuse.
• To measure aggregate traffic patterns (no individual profiling).

We do not use your data for advertising profiling, nor do we sell it to third parties.

5. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We process strictly necessary data on the basis of legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and functional). Any optional processing — analytics, functional preferences — is carried out only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie banner or by emailing us.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 30 days. Account data is retained for as long as your account exists plus a 90-day wind-down period. Contact messages are retained for 12 months. We do not retain anything longer than necessary.

7. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email support@radialnotion.com. If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Third-party processors

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and privacy-respecting web analytics. Cloudflare processes request data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. No data is shared with any other third party except as required by law.

9. Children

Radial Notion is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Radial Notion after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
