Radial Notion is operated by Radial Notion Studios Ltd, whose registered office is at 550 Park Mews, Cambridge, CB5 4WU (85719422). You can reach us at support@radialnotion.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit radialnotion.com. It applies to all visitors — no account is required to play our games.

What Data We Collect

Because Radial Notion does not require registration, we collect very little personal data directly. The categories we may process are:

  • Usage data — pages visited, game sessions (no scores linked to you personally), browser type, device type, and approximate geographic region. Collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics in an anonymised, cookieless form.
  • Contact data — your name and email address if you email us at the support address above. We retain these only to respond to your enquiry.
  • Technical data — IP address (processed by Cloudflare as part of request routing and security; we do not store raw IPs ourselves), and standard HTTP request headers.
  • Cookie and consent data — your cookie preferences are stored in localStorage under the key __cc_v1. The age-gate acknowledgement is stored as __age_ok. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How We Use Your Data

  • To deliver and improve the Radial Notion website and games.
  • To understand aggregate usage patterns so we can fix bugs and improve performance.
  • To respond to support enquiries sent via email.
  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. retaining records where required by UK law).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third Parties

We use Cloudflare for CDN, DDoS protection, and web analytics. Cloudflare processes request data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. We do not share personally identifiable data with any other third party unless required by law.

Data Retention

Support emails are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Anonymised analytics aggregates may be retained indefinitely as they contain no personal data. Cookie consent preferences persist until you clear your browser storage.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict processing; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. To exercise any right, email support@radialnotion.com.

Children

Radial Notion is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, please contact us immediately and we will delete any associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
