1. About Radial Notion

Radial Notion is a free-to-play social entertainment game operated by Radial Notion Studios Ltd, whose registered office is at 550 Park Mews, Cambridge, CB5 4WU (85719422). By accessing or using Radial Notion, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Radial Notion. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to ask for age verification at any time.

3. Free-to-play — no real money

Radial Notion is a social casino game. The in-game currency is Notion Dust — a virtual currency that has absolutely no monetary value. Notion Dust:

• Cannot be purchased with real money.
• Cannot be exchanged for real money, prizes, or anything of tangible value.
• Cannot be transferred between accounts or withdrawn in any form.
• Resets to a default balance upon page refresh.

No real-money gambling occurs on this platform. There is no opportunity to win real money or prizes of any kind.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the games or platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or age.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All content on Radial Notion — including the Orbi mascot, game assets, brand name, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of Radial Notion Studios Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any of it without our written permission.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Radial Station running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or for reasons outside our control, without notice and without liability.

7. Limitation of liability

Radial Notion is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radial Notion Studios Ltd excludes all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any loss of Notion Dust, loss of streak data, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.

8. Third-party links

Our Responsible Play page links to third-party support services (GamCare, BeGambleAware, GAMSTOP). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
